1-(4-Fluorophenylcarbamoyl)cyclopropanecarboxylic acid is a dicarboxylic acid with the chemical formula C5H5FO2. It can be used as a starting material in organic synthesis, such as the preparation of quinoline derivatives. 1-(4-Fluorophenylcarbamoyl)cyclopropanecarboxylic acid can also be used to synthesize cabozantinib and other 4-aminophenol derivatives. The compound has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells by inhibiting protein synthesis, leading to cell death by inhibiting the production of proteins vital for cell division.
