Descrição:HU 308 is a synthetic cannabinoid that is an analog of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). HU 308 has been shown to inhibit intestinal motility, which may be due to its ability to bind to the CB2 receptor. HU 308 also blocks the synthesis of glycerides, leading to reduced fat absorption in the intestine and decreased blood pressure. HU 308 has been shown in studies with wild-type mice to reduce autoimmune diseases by inhibiting inflammatory processes, and it also inhibits β-caryophyllene, a terpene that promotes allosteric modulation for other receptors. In addition, HU 308 has been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties through autophagy.
