7-Hydroxy DAMPA is a chemotherapeutic drug that has been shown to be effective in the treatment of cancer. It is used to treat various types of cancer, such as breast cancer, prostate cancer, and lung cancer. Cardiotoxicity may occur with 7-Hydroxy DAMPA therapy, which may lead to cardiac dysrhythmia. The cardiotoxic effects are associated with the inhibition of mitochondrial ATP production by 7-Hydoxy DAMPA. This drug also interacts with other chemotherapeutic drugs, such as cisplatin and 5-fluorouracil.
