In addition, ADH-503 has been shown to be effective against chronic viral infections and cancer cells with mitochondrial DNA mutations. Clinical studies have demonstrated that ADH-503 can reduce the incidence of myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) in patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
