Isobutylhydrazine HCl is a pyrazole derivative that inhibits the production of retinoic acid in cells. It has been shown to have an inhibitory effect on the production of inflammatory cytokines, such as IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α, in vitro. It also modulates the expression of genes related to inflammation and autoimmune diseases. Isobutylhydrazine HCl is a potential therapeutic agent for several types of inflammation and autoimmune diseases.
