Descrição:1-IsOmangOstin is a monoclonal antibody that binds to the complement system, inhibiting its activation. The structure of 1-IsOmangOstin has been shown to inhibit the activity of enzymes involved in inflammation and cancer. 1-IsOmangOstin has also been shown to inhibit the activity of enzymes involved in the synthesis of proinflammatory cytokines and prostaglandins, which are important mediators in inflammatory conditions such as arthritis. It was found that 1-IsOmangOstin inhibits tumor growth by binding with high affinity to a receptor on tumor cells, leading to inhibition of DNA synthesis and cell division.
