Informação sobre produto
- 7-Hydroxy-1H-indazole
1H-Indazol-7-ol is an active site inhibitor that prevents the production of nitric oxide. It also has antinociceptive properties, which may be due to inhibiting the activity of peroxidase and xanthine oxidase. The inhibition of these enzymes can reduce the production of reactive oxygen species, such as superoxide anion and hydrogen peroxide. 1H-Indazol-7-ol also has a pharmacological effect on indazoles and oxides synthases, which are enzymes involved in the synthesis of prostaglandins. This drug inhibits enzymatic assay that is used for the measurement of prostaglandin production. 1H-Indazole-7-ol has been shown to have inhibitory effects on both cyclooxygenase and lipoxygenase, which are involved in the synthesis of prostaglandins that produce inflammatory responses.
