Descrição:Malonohydrazide is a biocompatible polymer that can be used as a sealant. It reacts with sodium salts to form an intramolecular hydrogen bond, which then reacts with hydroxyl groups on other molecules to form intermolecular hydrogen bonds. Malonohydrazide is synthesized from the reaction of malonic acid and nitrogen atoms, which are obtained from ammonia or urea. Malonohydrazide has been studied using structural analysis, such as X-ray crystallography and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. It has also been analyzed using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and titration calorimetry, which measure the thermal stability of the polymer.
