Methyl (4-formylphenoxy)acetate (MFPAA) is a molecule that has been studied as a potential anticancer agent. MFPAA exhibits cytotoxic effects on cancer cells in vitro and in vivo. It is able to inhibit cell proliferation and induce apoptosis of cancer cells. MFPAA can also be used to study the molecular profile of cancer cells, as well as their response to treatment with anticancer drugs such as etoposide.
