Informação sobre produto
- Tenofovir Mono POC Dimer
Tenofovir is a nucleotide reverse-transcriptase inhibitor that is used in the treatment of HIV. Mono-POC ethyl tenofovir (MPET) is a process development intermediate that can be used for the production of tenofovir disoproxil fumarate (TFD). MPET is synthesized by reacting tenofovir with ethyl chloroformate in the presence of a base, such as triethylamine. The product was purified by vacuum distillation and analyzed using various spectroscopic techniques, such as proton nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and mass spectrometry. MPET has been characterized to contain impurities, including unidentified compounds and isopropyl tenofovir, which may interfere with its intended use as an intermediate.
