Descrição:2-Methyldecanal is a fatty acid that is used in the fragrance industry. It can be found in deionized water, propionic acid, or organic solvents such as phenylethyl alcohol. 2-Methyldecanal is homogeneously catalyzed by ethyl formate, hydrogen bond, and activation energy. The microcapsules can be made by using glycol ether and acetaldehyde as a functional group. 2-Methyldecanal has been shown to have an odor similar to that of methyl anthranilate or benzoate.
