Descrição:Mancozeb is a fungicide that inhibits the growth of fungi by interfering with mitochondrial membrane potential, which leads to inhibition of energy metabolism and cell death. Mancozeb has been shown to have minimal toxicity in vivo, with no significant effects on locomotor activity, energy metabolism, or the induction of tumors in a model system. In vitro assays have shown synergistic effects when mancozeb is combined with other antifungal agents such as copper sulfate, cyprodinil, and dichloran. This product may be used for wastewater treatment or for controlling plant diseases.
