Descrição:3-Methylcyclohex-2-en-1-one is a chemical compound that is used in the synthesis of pharmaceuticals, pesticides, and other organic compounds. It has been shown to be effective against Dendroctonus species and other pests. 3-Methylcyclohex-2-en-1-one is synthesized from cyclohexanone by hydrogenation of the double bond at the 3 position.
