Descrição:Methylamine hydrochloride is a biologically active chemical that can be used to treat eye disorders. It is a p-nitrophenyl phosphate substrate and its optimum concentration in the reaction solution is 0.5 mg/mL. The compound reacts with methylamine, which is produced by the hydrolysis of peptide hormones in the human body, to form a bicyclic heterocycle. The bicyclic heterocycle reacts with hydrogen fluoride in the model system to produce an analytical method for determining plasma mass spectrometry. Methylamine hydrochloride has been shown to inhibit biological activity at high concentrations and stimulate it at low concentrations.
