Informação sobre produto
N’-(2-Phenethyl)acetohydrazide (PEHA) is an endogenous substance that can be found in the brain, blood, and urine of animals. It is nonselective and has both central and peripheral effects. In clinical studies, PEHA was shown to have antidepressant properties in humans. This drug increased dopamine levels in the nucleus accumbens of rats and increased locomotor activity in mice. PEHA has also been shown to bind to amine receptors and inhibit the reuptake of dopamine and norepinephrine by neurons. The effective dose for this drug is not yet known.
