Descrição:
Nebivolol is a beta-blocker that is used to treat hypertension and heart failure. Nebivolol has been shown to have an intermolecular hydrogen bond between the S and R forms of the molecule. The conformation of nebivolol is centrosymmetric, which means that it can be superimposed on its mirror image. Nebivolol crystallizes in an x-ray structure analysis with hydrogen bonds between the R and S forms of the molecule.
