Descrição:Prolintane hydrochloride is a drug that has been shown to inhibit the activity of enzymes in the inflammatory and immune responses. Prolintane hydrochloride has been used to treat bowel disease, depression, and autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis. The drug is metabolized through a synthetic pathway that involves N-deacetylation by acetyltransferase enzymes.
