4-Phenoxybutyl bromide is a palladium complex that has been shown to have activity against a variety of different infectious diseases. It has been shown to be effective against animals with viscosity, such as rats and mice. 4-Phenoxybutyl bromide has also been shown to exhibit an amide function in the presence of endocannabinoids, which are lipid compounds that bind cannabinoid receptors in the brain. This drug also has anti-inflammatory properties and can inhibit the release of proinflammatory cytokines by blocking their synthesis or preventing their activation. 4-Phenoxybutyl bromide is hydrated at low pH and reacts with fatty acids under acidic conditions. The reaction solution contains phenoxybutyric acid, which is formed through hydrolysis of the ester bonds between phenol groups on the molecule and carboxylic acid groups on fatty acids.
