Descrição:Plinabulin is a drug that inhibits the progress of cancer by inhibiting angiogenesis. Plinabulin binds to a platinum-based chemotherapy called cisplatin and prevents its release into the body, thus inhibiting its cytotoxicity. Plinabulin also has anti-angiogenic effects, which are due to its ability to inhibit the activation of cell signaling pathways, such as those mediated by colony-stimulating factor. Plinabulin's cytotoxicity has been demonstrated in vivo using a skin cancer model, where it showed significant cytotoxicity against tumor cells without affecting nearby healthy cells.
