Propiocaine hydrochloride is a local anaesthetic that is used to treat inflammation of the bowel. It has been shown to have a number of biological properties, such as procaine, hydroxyl group, and inflammatory bowel disease. Solid phase microextraction (SPME) was used to determine the presence of angiogenic factors in human serum samples. The test results revealed that propiocaine hydrochloride can inhibit serum prolactin levels and target tissue biocompatibility. Linear regression analysis showed that carbonyl groups are not present in this drug.
