Informação sobre produto
Quinazolin-7-amine is an aniline that can be synthesized from alkanoic acid and terminal alkynes. It has shown antibacterial activity against a variety of bacteria, including Gram-positive and Gram-negative strains. Quinazolin-7-amine is also effective against tumor cells in vitro, which may be due to its ability to induce necrosis factor production and inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells by inhibiting protein synthesis. Quinazolin-7-amine is a reducer that can reduce nitro groups to amines, which may contribute to the observed antibacterial activity. The synthetic pathway for this drug includes nucleophilic substitutions with quinazolinones and nucleophilic reactions with nitro compounds.
