Quinicine is a pharmaceutical drug that is used to treat cardiac conditions. It has been shown to be effective in treating cardiac hypertrophy, as well as symptoms of congestive heart failure. Quinicine is an analog of quinoline derivatives and may have some excipients, such as polymeric matrix, which are added to the solid oral dosage form for better absorption.
