Informação sobre produto
- Thieno[3,2-c]pyridine-2-carboxylic acid, 4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-
Tetrahydrothieno[3,2-c]pyridine-2-carboxylic acid is a conditionally essential and inexpensive amino acid that is synthesized from the diazonium salt of methyl ester. Tetrahydrothieno[3,2-c]pyridine-2-carboxylic acid has been shown to inhibit platelet aggregation in vitro at concentrations of 1 mM or less. It also inhibits blood platelet aggregation in vivo in rats with different levels of hypophosphorous. The mechanism of action may be due to the acidic hydrogen atom and the acyl group on tetrahydrothieno[3,2-c]pyridine-2-carboxylic acid.
