Descrição:Triallylphosphine is a cross-linking agent that is used to link two or more molecules together. It reacts with metal carbonyls and fatty acids, forming stable complexes that are resistant to hydrolysis. Triallylphosphine has been shown to stabilize growth factor-receptor complexes, which can be used in tumor therapy. This compound also reacts with hydroxyl groups on proteins and nucleic acids, as well as with monomers such as the amino acid serine. The reaction products of triallylphosphine have been shown to be stable and have a variety of chemical structures.
