Descrição:Dasatinib is a dasatinib, amide synthesis method with in vitro assays for receptor activity. It has been found to bind to the epidermal growth factor receptor and dopamine D2 receptors. Dasatinib also inhibits the proliferation of prostate cancer cells, which are dependent on epidermal growth factor and dopamine for their proliferation. Dasatinib may be a potential drug target for cancer therapy because it prevents the release of cyclic nucleotides from the enzyme cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase, which are necessary for cell division.
