Descrição:Tripropylphosphine is a fatty acid that can be synthesized by reacting tripropyl alcohol with phosphorus trichloride. Tripropylphosphine is soluble in organic solvents, and has an optical rotation of +58°. It has been shown to have cancer-inhibiting properties, as well as the ability to inhibit tumor growth and induce apoptosis in cancer cells. This compound may also be used as a growth regulator, since it inhibits the synthesis of certain proteins and enzymes.
