Informação sobre produto
Tetramethylammonium triacetoxyborohydride is a potent antiproliferative agent that has been shown to inhibit the proliferation of various cancer cells, including breast and prostate. It has been shown to have a significant inhibitory effect on the growth of virus-infected cells and has been used in asymmetric synthesis. This reagent can be used as an inhibitor for hydrogen bonding in biological systems and also shows significant inhibitory effects on protein synthesis by binding to hydroxyl groups. Tetramethylammonium triacetoxyborohydride is an effective anti-viral agent with broad-spectrum activity against influenza A and B viruses, herpes simplex type 1 and 2, vaccinia, adenovirus type 3, vesicular stomatitis virus, coxsackievirus B3, erythrovirus type 5, human rhinoviruses 14 and 16. It is stable at room temperature but decomposes when heated.
