Trimethylolpropane triglycidyl ether (TMPTGE) is a chemical compound that is used as a substrate film for zirconium oxide. It is also used in the production of fatty acids and hydroxyl groups. TMPTGE is reactive and has been used to modify polycarboxylic acid surfaces. It can be used to make magnetic particles for glucose monitoring and cationic polymerization reactions. TMPTGE has good chemical stability, which makes it an excellent candidate for industrial use.
