Descrição:Sorafenib-d3 is a drug that belongs to the class of n-oxide polymers. It is a prodrug that undergoes extensive metabolism to form the active metabolite sorafenib. Sorafenib-d3 has been shown to be an effective chemotherapy for metastatic colorectal cancer with good pharmacokinetics and tolerability profiles. Sorafenib-d3 inhibits cell growth by inhibiting the function of ercc1, which is an enzyme involved in DNA repair. A pharmacokinetics study showed that serum aminotransferase levels were significantly increased among patients treated with sorafenib, with levels increasing over time.
