Descrição:
WAY-600 is a drug that is used to sensitize cancer cells to anticancer drugs. WAY-600 inhibits the protein kinase activity, which may be related to its anti-cancer activity. WAY-600 has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells in vitro and in vivo. Furthermore, it has been observed that WAY-600 binds to lipid kinase and inhibits protein synthesis, leading to cell death by apoptosis. Clinical studies have shown that WAY-600 can be used for the treatment of women with breast cancer and other cancers with high levels of angiogenic factors.
