Solriamfetol is a drug that belongs to the class of psychostimulants. It is used as an adjunct in the treatment of major depressive disorder, and has been shown to be clinically relevant in patients with major depression. Solriamfetol has been shown to have long-term efficacy and stable doses, which may be due to its chemical stability. It also has dose-dependent effects on dopamine release in the striatum, which can lead to increased symptoms of depression.
