Informação sobre produto
5-Chloro-2,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde is a molecule that has been shown to have potent inhibitory activity against death ligand (PD-L1). It also inhibits copper complex and PD-L1. 5-Chloro-2,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde was found to be toxic to HePG2 cells at a concentration of 12.5 μM in a cell viability assay. However, it did not show any toxicity in the absence of PD-L1. This molecule has also been used as a molecular modeling study for cancer drug discovery.
