Informação sobre produto
2-(2-Imino-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrobenzo[D]thiazol-3(2H)-yl)-1-(p-tolyl)ethanone is a chemical inhibitor that has been shown to induce apoptosis in cancer cells. It is a potent inhibitor of the polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The compound binds to dinucleotide phosphate and inhibits DNA synthesis by blocking the enzyme DNA polymerase. This leads to apoptosis through inhibition of the phosphorylation of proapoptotic proteins and activation of antiapoptotic proteins. 2-(2-Imino-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrobenzo[D]thiazol-3(2H)-yl)-1-(p-tolyl)ethanone has been shown to inhibit the growth of pluripotent cells in vitro.
