Informação sobre produto
Barium Chloranilate Trihydrate is an inorganic compound that is a cation. It can be activated by coordination with phosphate or thiocyanate ions, and it has been shown to be a potent inhibitor of phosphatases from both bacteria and plants. In the absence of these cofactors, barium chloranilate trihydrate is not an active enzyme inhibitor. The polymorphs of this compound are stable and the solid form is soluble in water to form the trihydrate. This compound has been used as a ligand for metal ions such as copper, silver, lead, mercury, zinc, and nickel. Barium chloranilate trihydrate has also been shown to have antimicrobial properties against Thiobacillus ferrooxidans and other microbial species.
