Descrição:ALLO-2 is a natural supplement that contains a hydrophobic molecule that can cross the blood-brain barrier. It has been shown to be beneficial for patients with Parkinson's disease and medulloblastoma. The ligand of ALLO-2, which is a dopamine molecule, binds to dopamine receptors on the surface of neurons, thus inhibiting their activity. The interactions between ALLO-2 and cells are nature-dependent, meaning they depend on the type of cell it interacts with.
