Descrição:CRT0066101 is a protein kinase inhibitor that has shown to be effective in inhibiting the growth of cancer cells. CRT0066101 inhibits the activity of HER2+ breast cancer cells by binding to and blocking the function of protein kinases, which are enzymes that regulate cell growth. The mechanism of action for CRT0066101 is not fully understood but it may be due to its ability to inhibit protein synthesis or block the activation of transcription factors. CRT0066101 also blocks the proliferation of HER2+ breast cancer cells in an experimental model and has shown efficacy against other types of cancers including pancreatic and colorectal cancers. This drug is currently undergoing clinical trials for use as an anti-cancer treatment.
