Informação sobre produto
Piperazine dihydriodide is a potent inhibitor of the carboxylate-binding site of the cb2 receptor. It is a white crystalline powder that is soluble in methanol and ether. Piperazine dihydriodide has been shown to inhibit the activity of acetylcholine at cholinergic synapses by blocking the binding of acetylcholine to its receptor, which may be due to its inhibitory properties on the nω-nitro-l-arginine methyl ester (NEM) and hydrochloric acid (HCl) sites. In addition, it inhibits the activity of neurokinin-1 receptors in rat striatal tissue.
