GR 73632 is a neurokinin-1 receptor antagonist that has been shown to have an inhibitory effect on neurokinin-1 receptors. The binding of GR 73632 to the neurokinin-1 receptor leads to the inhibition of pressor responses and inflammatory diseases. It has also shown promise in treating cancer, as well as cervical cancer. GR 73632 binds to the wild-type mouse camp levels and inhibits the release of pressor peptides. This compound also acts as a selective agonist at the caudate putamen, which is involved in controlling blood pressure and urinary bladder function.
