Informação sobre produto
Diethyl 2-oxomalonate hydrate is a chlorous, diethyl ketomalonate, malonic acid, hydroxyl group, malonate, irreversibly paraoxon and aromatic hydrocarbon. This molecule has been studied for its use in the treatment of Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's disease. Diethyl 2-oxomalonate hydrate reversibly inhibits cholinesterases and can be used as a dietary supplement. It has been shown to be effective against Parkinson's disease by inhibiting acetylcholinesterase (AChE) in the brain. This reversible inhibition leads to increased levels of choline acetyltransferase (ChAT), which increases the production of acetylcholine in the brain. The molecule also inhibits other enzymes that are involved in the degradation of neurotransmitters such as dopamine, serotonin and norepinephrine. The effect on these neurotransmitters may lead to an improvement in mood disorders such
