Descrição:CAY10650 is a reactive compound that has been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties. CAY10650 is mainly used to inhibit neutrophil and macrophage inflammatory responses. It binds to the cytosolic domain of the oxidative enzymes, such as NADPH oxidase and fatty acid synthase, which are involved in the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and fatty acids. This binding inhibits ROS production, leading to decreased inflammation in the body. CAY10650 also has a natriuretic effect on the kidneys by inhibiting serine protease activity.
