Informação sobre produto
Ethyl 2-(N-methylacetamido)acetate is an antiplatelet agent that inhibits the production of thromboxane A2, a potent vasoconstrictor and platelet aggregating agent. It is also used in the treatment of ischemic heart disease as it blocks the enzyme COX-1, which produces thromboxane A2. Ethyl 2-(N-methylacetamido)acetate has been shown to be a tautomeric form of pyrazole derivatives and can form solvates with alkali metals such as sodium carbonate and chloride. This chemical compound can also react with ester hydrochloride to form an ethyl ester hydrochloride salt, which may have antiplatelet activity.
