Descrição:
3,4,5,4'-Tetramethoxystilbene is a natural product that has been shown to have anti-angiogenic effects and inhibitory properties in vitro. It inhibits the enzyme activities of all-trans-retinoic acid and cinnamic acid derivatives. 3,4,5,4'-Tetramethoxystilbene has also been shown to induce cellular apoptosis and inhibit cancer cell growth in vitro. However, there are no studies that have examined the pharmacokinetic properties of this compound or its effects on tumorigenesis in vivo.
