Descrição:Bay-707 is a molecule that inhibits the growth of cancer cells by targeting the DNA. It has been shown to be effective in mice with tumors and in human cancer cell lines. Bay-707 has been shown to inhibit oxidative damage to DNA, which may be due to its ability to react with reactive oxygen species (ROS). The pharmacokinetic properties of this molecule are not yet known. Bay-707 has been shown to have anticancer activity against damaged DNA, but it does not affect normal cells. In addition, Bay-707 has shown anticancer efficacy in mouse tumor models and in human cancer cell lines.
