Informação sobre produto
2-(Quinolin-2-yl)acetic acid (QAA) is an anticancer agent that belongs to the class of quinoline derivatives. It inhibits the growth and proliferation of cancer cells by interfering with the synthesis of DNA, RNA, and proteins. QAA has been shown to be a potent inhibitor of retinoic acid receptors. This drug also has chemoresistance properties and can be used for cancer therapy in combination with other drugs. The biochemical properties of 2-(quinolin-2-yl)acetic acid have been investigated using vibrational spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR).
