N-Methyl 3-aminobenzenesulfonamide is an oncogene domain inhibitor, which prevents the expression of oncogenes such as Ras, Raf, and Myc by binding to their respective domains. The substitution effects of this molecule have also been studied extensively, showing that substituent groups can change its activity.
