SAR-020106 is a small molecule inhibitor that binds to the cell factor, preventing it from binding to its target on cells. SAR-020106 has minimal toxicity and a low potential for drug resistance, which makes it an attractive candidate for cancer therapy. It also appears to be a potential biomarker for anti-cancer drug discovery programs.
