Descrição:ROC 325 is a novel fatty acid amide. It has been shown to have anticancer activity in vitro and in vivo, as well as an ability to inhibit tumor growth. ROC 325 is also able to induce autophagy, which may be due to its ability to inhibit protein synthesis. The drug can also be used for the treatment of infectious diseases or metabolic disorders, although it is not known whether it can be used in combination with other drugs. ROC 325 has shown no potential for interaction with anticancer treatments such as chemotherapy or radiation therapy and does not show any signs of toxicity in animal models.
