The molecule also inhibits the formation of peroxide, which reduces tissue damage. 1-Benzyl-2-methylhydrazine has been shown to inhibit the inorganic acid production from tumour cells, leading to a decreased amount of lactic acid and other organic acids. 1-Benzyl-2-methylhydrazine has also been shown to inhibit the growth of human lymphocytes, as well as having an effect on the skeleton and chains reactions.
