Informação sobre produto
- Benzene, 1-Methoxy-4-(Trimethoxysilyl)-
Trimethoxy(4-methoxyphenyl)silane is a compound that can be used for the arylation of arenes with 1-methylimidazole. It has been shown to react at temperatures between -78 and -20 degrees Celsius, but cannot be used for the synthesis of cyclic compounds containing benzene rings. Trimethoxy(4-methoxyphenyl)silane has been shown to react with chlorides in an elemental analysis and is also soluble in organic solvents such as benzene or cyclohexane. The compound yields high yields when coupled with matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization mass spectrometry (MALDI-MS).
