Informação sobre produto
N,1-Bis(4-nitrophenyl)-5-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxamide (NBDTT) is a ligand that binds to the serotonin 5HT2C receptor. NBDTT is an inhibitor of the activation of the 5HT2C receptor. The binding affinity of NBDTT for the 5HT2C receptor is so high that it inhibits the activation of this receptor even in the presence of serotonin. This compound is used as a research tool and as an antibody to study protein interactions and receptor function.
